It has happened when using the normal Start Menu.<br/><br/>What seems to trigger it is when I get my cursor too near the dock while traversing the program menu list. Now I have Photoshop too. It is superior in many ways, but I feel everyone really needs to have both. There are some things you can do with Paint Shop Pro that can't be done in Photoshop and visa versa.
